Predictable pipeline of qualified clients
The Coach’s Client Pipeline Self-Assessment™
The Coach’s CMO · Qualified client pipeline self-assessment
Find where qualified prospects get stuck ... and what to address first.
You know how to deliver results for clients. Can you tell where your next qualified client is most likely to come from ... and where opportunities stop moving?
A strong reputation can support a successful coaching business while leaving acquisition difficult to manage. Introductions arrive unevenly. Interested prospects go quiet. Client delivery absorbs the time you intended to spend developing new business.
This five-minute assessment examines five parts of the system behind one coaching offer. Your report will show where your practices are strongest, where gaps may be costing you opportunities, and one action to take this week.
The result is a starting point based on your answers. It identifies process gaps; it does not prove where revenue is being lost or predict future revenue.
Choose one offer. Use recent evidence.
Review the acquisition system supporting one current coaching offer. Use the past 90 days of actual inquiries, introductions, sales conversations, proposals, and follow-ups. Keep the same offer in mind throughout.
If opportunities have been limited, choose “Not in place / unsure” where evidence is missing. A lower score can reflect uncertainty as well as a missing practice.
“Reviewed” means you have checked recent records or conversations to confirm the practice is working and decided whether it needs changing.

Your next priority, in focus.
Process maturity · not a revenue forecast
Scores start at 15 because each statement earns 1–4 points. Bands: 15–26 Opportunity by Chance; 27–38 Structure Taking Shape; 39–50 Repeatable with Gaps; 51–60 Managed with Evidence. These are assessment bands, not validated industry benchmarks. A high total can still hide a weak dimension.
Your five dimensions
Each dimension scores 3–12. Its interpretation explains the business cost when that practice is weak; it is not proof that you are experiencing that cost.

Before adding tools or channels, check this priority against two or three real opportunities. After making the change, review whether it improved qualification, movement, or visibility. Reassess after you have enough new evidence to judge the practice.
